I can safely say, I did not have a bad foodie experience in New Orleans. Seafood features heavily their menus. and taking a food + cocktail tour with
@doctorGumbo gave us the backstory. We learned about Creole culture, the Holy Trinity in cooking, and the African & Indigenous roots of the city while snacking my way through the French Quarter.
