I’ve now installed the suspension from @ttech_suspension – and for the first time, I rolled the bike outside to see it in fresh air and sunlight. And honestly… I’m stunned. Seeing the R1300RR like this, standing there in the light, really hits different. It finally starts to feel real. There are still big challenges ahead, no doubt about that. But I’m confident that all of them are manageable — it just takes time. And time… is exactly what I don’t have much of right now. I originally planned to attend the @dare_event in the Netherlands. I really wanted to be there — it would have been an incredible experience. But realistically, the bike should already be running by now to properly test it before such an event. And at this stage, there’s still too much work left to do. So I had to make the call and skip it. Now the focus is clear: The bike needs to be finished and ready for my training in May and ultimately the Hellas Rally. My goal is still to ride it for the first time this month.
