From“Kai Liu”Resettlement Estate to Tsui Ping Estate, from the oil depot to Laguna City, from the reclamation of the industrial area to the change of coastline, Tsui Ping River has been witnessing the development and change of Kwun Tong, the first satellite city of Hong Kong. Over the years, it has been quietly evolving too.
