Telangana Tourism Development Corporation, in association with the Telangana Chefs Association, organized a traditional Mango Pickle Making Workshop at The Plaza to promote Telangana’s culinary heritage and experiential tourism. The workshop featured a live demonstration by Sanjay Thumma on authentic Telangana-style mango pickle preparation using traditional recipes and preservation techniques. Participants engaged in hands-on pickle making, learned spice mixing, hygiene, and storage methods, and took home their own prepared pickle jars. Supported by Swastik Spices and Three Mangos, the event concluded with tasting sessions, interactive activities, and participation acknowledgements.
