Day Two of the PIEDMONT FARM TOUR Is TODAY, Sunday (12-6)! Grab a one-farm pass on-site if you don't have time to visit multiple farms.
Day One provided lots of fun and activities at the @piedmontagrariancollaborative s stop yesterday! Lot's of folks, and lots to see at TS Designs. Nick was making Braeburn Brats, Emily, Maddie, and Jennie were on hand representing PAC supplying food from local farmers. Tours of the dye garden, and @piedmontfibershed did weaving and spinning demos. TEVA of NC did drone demos and talked about electric vehicle ownership. Hope to see you today!

Our fearless leader, @ericmhenry hit up the @carrborofarmersmarket this weekend and was excited to see our t-shirts were everywhere, the new design as well as past designs. Always great to connect with familiar faces and a whole community of people who's values align with ours.

Voices From Cotton is a chance to hear directly from farmers across the country about what it really takes to grow cotton here what’s working, what’s not, what support is needed (and why!) to keep domestic supply chains alive.
To regenerate our soils, improve water quality, and produce heirloom quality fiber we must resuscitate decentralized milling infrastructure that puts farmers on the board of directors of these mills. Skilled labor needs equity in these businesses. Investors need to insist that their return on Investment includes measurable improvements to healthy soil, improved water quality, and guaranteed human health outcomes.
Our first voice comes from Eric Henry of @tsdesignsnc & local to @piedmontfibershed - sharing what he’s seeing on the ground right now, and why it’s a more critical time than ever before to meaningfully support domestic cotton production.
