ā¢My Favorite PC Build of the Yearā¢
Even though there are a lot more expensive components on the market, if I had to build what I deem to be the ābestā configuration, Iād do the one you see here.
Iād get a Ryzen 7 9850X3D, because for gaming itās the fastest in the market and it beats the 9950X3D. Delidded with liquid metal itās way too fast. Intel is now very good and destroys Ryzen in the lower end with the 250K Plus and 270K Plus, but still loses out at the very top. They need X3D.
Iād get Kingston Fury Renegade DDR5, 24GB stick times two because they have the latest die tech and overclock the best. Even 8000Mhz sticks make sense on AM5 as a tuning base.
Same for the SSD, get a Kingston Fury G5 to get 14Gb/s and be happy.
Now the case is what makes this build. Itās the Arctic Xtender VG in White and thereās simply no case like it. I can tell itās built from a company that focuses on cooling, however they absolutely nailed the aesthetic too!
The dual exhaust, the reverse blade P14s, how much space there is⦠itās perfect.
And Arctic is currently celebrating their 25th Anniversary too, they were the first company to ever work with me as a creator, so I hold them in a special place in my heart.
Plus they make the absolute best value for money AIOs out there and no, theyāre not paying me to say it.
However in this build I went with something a little more looks oriented for cooling, getting the Tryx Panorama SE 360 with a Curved OLED screen that you can rotate however you please.
For the PSU, I went with the new lineup of a very old brand getting the Enermax Revolution ATX 3.1 1200W. A little oversized but it helps while overclocking.
The motherboard may surprise you, as I went with a simple B850 to save money, but itās all I need for OCing and I got it ROG Strix for the aesthetic :)
I saved money on the GPU, got the cheapest white model I could find and ended up with this very good Zotac Solid RTX 5080 :)

Love how everything fit nice and tight in here including the @rog_usa Crosshair X870E Apex MB and Astral 5080ā¦.lets not forget the cooling fans and how @my.valkyrie throws down the RPM and RGB on this case with their X12 fans! @kingstontechnology always has my back with the FURY ram and SSD.

The Tryx Flova F50 brings something different: Actual fabric panels on a gaming PC case. It looks softer, warmer, more āsetupā than āserver rackā⦠but still packs serious airflow and room for high-end components.
You get:
ā Cross-flow cooling that actually moves air where it matters
ā Clean layout for tidy builds
ā Space for big GPUs and proper cooling setups
ā And a finish that doesnāt look like every other case on the market
If youāve been wanting a build that stands out without trying too hard, this is it.
