We often see the trophies, but not the process.
Most of the stories we hear about success come from celebrities, millionaires, or people at the very top.
But there are thousands of regular people in between , quietly building meaningful careers, learning lessons, and figuring things out step by step.
I’ve always found those stories just as powerful, if not more so, because the success looks real, relatable, and possible.
I’ve also always had a natural interest in encouraging people and pushing them to be better. Over the years, I’ve often found myself advising younger folks and sharing lessons on how they can navigate their own journeys.
In many ways, that’s part of what led to this.
🎙 There is Room for You
Conversations with people in different phases of their careers who are building something meaningful, not ultra famous or ultra wealthy, but whose journeys offer lessons others can actually see themselves in.
My hope is that young people listening will see these stories and realize something simple but important: progress is possible, and there is room for you too.
First episode drops March 28.
Episode 2 is live.

Those words hit @doyinpharell differently in his final year.
But what happened next—the decision he made, the career he chose, and why he went back for a Masters in Economics—is exactly the kind of story nobody tells.
