Today we’re announcing $65M USD in Series B funding, led by @point72careers with continued support from @blackbirdvc , @headlinevc , and @localglobevc . But this raise isn’t about dollars. It’s about time. In just 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours back to frontline clinicians by removing the administrative burden that takes them away from patients. With this new funding, we’ll go further — from AI scribe toward AI Care Partner, automating documentation, evidence search, and follow-up communications. To support this mission, we’re growing our teams in the US, UK, and Canada, welcoming two new leaders — Paul Williamson (CRO) and Dr. Simon Kos (CMO) — and extending our footprint across Europe, Africa, and Asia. This raise is fuel for the future of healthcare. Where every clinician has an AI Care Partner by their side, and no one has to choose between capacity and compassion. #Heidi

POV: trying to keep up while a patient lists 7 medications, 3 symptoms and their entire life story in one breath šŸ˜āŒØļøšŸ’Š That’s why we’ve started using medical AI scribes like Heidi Health to support consultations and reduce admin time. @tryheidi Using tools like this can help clinicians: • stay focused on the patient šŸ‘‚ • spend less time typing šŸ–„ļø • improve documentation efficiency šŸ“ • free up more time for patient care šŸ’š At Vitality Pharmacy, patient confidentiality remains a priority. We use secure NHS email systems and follow strict information governance processes when handling clinical information šŸ”’ AI supports the workflow — but every consultation and clinical decision remains pharmacist-led šŸ¤šŸ’Š #medicalscribe #heidiai #communitypharmacy #digitalhealth #healthtech

Has healthcare got a habit of overcomplicating things? Something as simple as introducing a supermarket into an underserved area can have measurable effects on nutrition and long term health. Yet much of our investment still sits downstream, focused on treating problems after they emerge. In the next episode of Care Beyond Barriers, we discuss what it would look like to focus more attention on the environments that shape health in the first place. šŸŽ§ Full discussion in Care Beyond Barriers. Where do you think healthcare's responsibility should begin and end? Patients often end up in primary care or emergency departments simply because they don’t know where else to go. When gaps exist elsewhere, healthcare becomes the default. Over time, that creates pressure the system cannot sustainably absorb. In episode 4 of Care Beyond Barriers, we explore how healthcare ended up here and what it would take to redraw the boundaries. šŸŽ§ Full episode in bio. #Healthcare #HealthTech

How far off is a metahuman reality? Medications that change how you behave. Interventions that push performance beyond baseline. The line between treatment and enhancement is becoming less clear. Eventually, modifying your physiology might just be… normal. In our next episode of Care Beyond Barriers, we explore how close we're getting to that future. šŸŽ§ Link in bio. #Healthcare #HealthTech

Could you solve loneliness in eight minutes? That’s all the time allotted for a standard primary care consultation. The model works reasonably well for acute medical issues, but it is not designed to address complex social needs. As Dr Hannah Allen puts it, we have created a mismatch between what healthcare is designed to do and what we’re coming to expect from it. In our next episode of Care Beyond Barriers, we explore what it would take to build systems that support people in their own environments. šŸŽ§ Head to our bio for the full conversation. #Healthcare #MentalHealth

Here's your reminder that not all healthcare visits are about medicine. In our next episode of Care Beyond Barriers, Dr Simon Kos points out that not all demand is clinical. There are social and emotional needs sitting underneath many interactions and in the absence of other systems, they surface in healthcare settings. šŸŽ§ Tune into the full discussion. For a lot of people, modern life does not make it easy to stay healthy. Long hours, travel, unpredictable schedules. Even with good intentions, healthy habits are hard to maintain. So instead of changing the environment, we are starting to see medicine that change how the body responds to it. šŸŽ§ We unpack this in Care Beyond Barriers. If we can safely modify the biological drivers behind behaviour, should we? Look at GLP-1s. For a long time, the dominant narrative has been that lifestyle change is the solution. Eat better, move more, build better habits. In practice, sustaining those changes can be difficult. But these medications work at a biological level, influencing appetite and behaviour in a way that traditional interventions often cannot. In our next episode of Care Beyond Barriers, we explore how treatments like GLP-1s are recoding the way we think. šŸŽ§ Catch up on the full discussion, link in bio. #Healthcare #HealthcareTech #HealthInnovation #GLP1

I have this theory that AI could actually save medicine (Ad) There’s a lot of fear that it will make it less personal and take us away from patient-centered care but what if it does the opposite?! One of the biggest challenges in healthcare isn’t knowledge or understanding…. It’s capacity to do the work we need to do: To listen properly, think clearly, be present and truly connect with the person in front of you. This is the type of work that we all love (it’s probably why we entered healthcare in the first place) but it gets lost in admin, documentation and the mental load of trying to remember everything whilst juggling multiple patients and tasks. I’ve recently started using Heidi during consultations and I’ve noticed a huge difference. It’s an AI scribe that you can use to transcribe your consultations and create perfectly detailed notes in real time. It won’t infer anything from your consultation; it just documents including medical terms and important details. There’s even a feature that lets you decide how much detail you want to include. Ironically, the thing I thought might make medicine less personal has actually made my consultations feel more human. Now that I’m using Heidi I don’t have to split my attention, I worry less about missing details and it’s reduced the mental load of trying to recall information for notes and follow up plans. As a clinician I feel more focused and more present. I also have so much more energy and headspace inside and outside of work. I genuinely think tools like this could improve both clinician wellbeing and patient care by supporting us in what we do best. What do you think… Could AI help us get back to better care?! Let me know your thoughts in the comments! Ad #healthcare #doctorlife #healthtech #medtech #worklifebalance

Imagine getting hit with a $1,800 medical bill. And you haven’t even seen a doctor yet. If that’s not a symptom of a broken system, we don’t know what is. In Ep 2 of Dr Tom Meets, Christina Farr, Dr Thomas Kelly MD and Dr Stephen Klasko dissect the structural dysfunctions of U.S. healthcare. Full episode in bio. #HealthcareLeadership #HealthTech
