“Proud to lead EDERRA, a farm-to-body supplement brand redefining wellness with transparency, sustainability, and the power of nature. Bringing real, unprocessed nutrition from farm to body is more than a mission—it’s a movement. Very happy to work with Fox Point Farms (they provide their Microgreens to us), a partner that shares our commitment to quality and sustainability! @foxpointfarms

Truly honored to return to FOX5 News >> Good Business San Diego for the second time. We’re building something much bigger than a product at EDERRA. By connecting our flagship cognitive longevity superfood with regenerative farms @foxpointfarms @farmergreg_official premium grocers, and forward-thinking restaurants, we are laying the foundation for the cognitive functional dining movement, a new frontier where food directly supports brain performance and long-term health. We’re now opening the door to a select group of investors to help us expand this movement nationwide. Big thanks to our partners @jimbosnaturally @seasidemarket @bodegamarket.shop LINK TO INVEST IN THE BIO.

We are absolutely honored to be invited to FOX 5 NEWS to talk about the innovative Cognitive Functional Dining movement we are building together with some of the best organic grocery leaders in San Diego County like @jimbosnaturally @seasidemarket @foxpointfarms @ramonafamilynaturals —bringing regenerative, farm-to-body nutrition directly to our community. We launched a crowdfunding campaign offering equity in EDERRA to those who want to help us bring the Cognitive Functional Dining movement across the USA 🇺🇸🚀 LINK IN BIO

Living longer isn’t complicated. It starts with what you put in your body, where it comes from, and who grows it. Longevity starts at the source. EMPWR+ is built from ingredients grown at local farms like Fox Point Farms, because what goes into your body should come from land you can trust. Find it at Jimbo’s, where real food and real wellness have always lived together.

Yesterday at Sanctuary of Yum felt like a reminder of what wellness is really about. A community gathering to talk about reset, longevity, well-being, mindfulness, and the importance of slowing down. As the sun disappeared into the horizon, something shifted: clearer minds, lighter thoughts, meaningful conversations, genuine human connection. Sometimes the greatest form of wellness is not found in isolation, but in community. Listening. Sharing. Learning from each other. The sunset helped reset the nervous system. The people helped reset perspective. Thank you @pabloafernandez for organizing this beautiful gathering and thank you @theceoyogi for the absolute welcoming into your home 🙏

Happy Mother’s Day Today we celebrate one of the most challenging and important roles in our society: being a mom. We believe moms have the strength and power to shift our society toward a healthier future through the choices, values, and care they bring every single day. Thank you for all that you do.

This is my dream job - Giving back @theshineprojectfoundation “A Day for Her: Caring for the Caregiver” was a gentle, supportive experience curated for moms of children with special needs. Watching the videos afterward, I felt so much joy and a deep sense of fulfillment knowing we created this space for them. Thank you @alilamareabeachresort for hosting us & to our amazing community partners for helping us enhance the day. The Oceanside Unified School District Adult Transition Program for young adults with special needs has partnered with the Berry Good Food Foundation for its Garden Project. This collaboration teaches students the importance of healthy foods by growing their own ingredients in garden beds and bringing them to life through functional cooking activities. The goal is to provide access to nourishing foods so they can continue to thrive and shine. We had a blast with them today creating several cognitive smoothies fueling both body and mind. Big thanks to Sheryl and Christina, and @chef_ivancardenas @ousd_atp @berrygoodfoodfdn
