Stir-Fried Pepper Steak
This gluten-free dinner comes together in 30 minutes with tender steak, crisp peppers, juicy tomatoes, and Bachanās Gluten Free Original bringing it all together.
INGREDIENTS
-3 tbsp Bachan's Gluten Free Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
-2 tbsp oil, divided
-1 lb sirloin or round steak, sliced thin
-1 large onion, wedged
-2 green bell peppers, cut into chunks
-1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
-2 tsp cornstarch
-1/2 cup low sodium beef stock
-2 large tomatoes cubed or cut into wedges
-rice to serve

This stir-fry udon has everything: texture, flavor, and exactly one pan to wash after
š INGREDIENTS
ā¢ 1 lb ground pork
ā¢ 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
ā¢ 1 Tbsp garlic
ā¢ Ā¼ tsp crushed red chili
ā¢ 2 Tbsp soy sauce
ā¢ 1 lb fresh or dried udon noodles (or substitute with other thick noodles)
ā¢ 1 red bell pepper
ā¢ 1 scallion bunch
ā¢ Ā¼ cup Bachanās Chili Sesame Japanese Barbecue Sauce
ā¢ 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
ā¢ Optional garnish: Fried egg, extra scallions, or chili crisp
