A Pinch of Pepper Tea and Spicery

i know it’s chilly out today, but this has been sitting in my draft folder for WEEKS..and I like this picture, so…I stand by using it for this i’m Emily, owner and founder of A Pinch of Pepper, and i am truly glad you’re here :) i started this venture during the pandemic and it’s been the wildest and most fun and rewarding experience… not without its stress and insanity, of course i have a second job as an office manager for a landscape company, but Pinch is where i feel the most at home a few odds and ends about me: -i think we peaked as a society with the Scholastic Book Fair -i have a deep obsession with vintage glassware -preferred pizza topping is mushrooms all day every day -i wish there were an adult flag football league around here, if anyone wants to start one…hit me up, ill help! -there is not enough chips and salsa in the world to satisfy me -once a Disney cast member, always a Disney cast member -i got my motorcycle license a verrrrrry long time ago and never road my own bike…i’d like to change that -color makes me happy, I could never be a neutral girly -4 is the ideal number of cats -i will never forget the Cubs winning the World Series -i am super prone to nostalgia, for better or worse -i generally prefer iced tea to hot tea -not a big holiday person, don’t hate me -romcoms all day long, please how about you?? tell me a few things about yourself!! the more random, the better… ✌🏻💛🤏🏻

When @jaipowell_design posted that she was finishing her graphic design degree and ready to take on clients…I ran so fast to her inbox to ask if she could create an avatar for Pepper (my dog) and me. Little did I know she would finish the design and send it to me just days after my cat would pass away. I opened the email and immediately shrieked and began sobbing. Not only because I couldn’t have imagined it turning out so perfectly, but also because I was so grateful to have Pepper immortalized soooo cutely. When I found Pepper at a rescue a handful of years back…she reminded me not to give up on my idea and dream of starting A Pinch of Pepper. She felt like a sign from the universe, and now she gets to be a cute little digital mascot. 🥹🥹 Thank you times a million, Jai, for seeing who I am and executing this idea flawlessly. I love it so much. 😭😭😭

My grandma and grandpa proudly ran an Italian restaurant and bar for more than 40 years. This restaurant was very well known and became a community gathering spot to see and be seen. They hosted many famous sports legends over the years. I never met Grandpa D…but I know he was quite the character and loved by many. They are both some of the inspiration behind this shop and my future plans to grow it into my own community hub some day… #apinchofpepper

Hi Everyone! I know I’ve been pretty quiet recently.
