INSTANT POT MAC Serves 4 INGREDIENTS 4 cups water 450 g pasta 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 tbsp chili powder 4 cups of shredded cheese 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup heavy cream 4-5 @trulocal bacon strips Spinach Salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. To an Instant Pot, add water, uncooked pasta, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix together. 2. Cook on high for 4 minutes. 3. Release the pressure immediately after it’s done to avoid overcooking the pasta. 4. Mix the pasta and if there’s any excess water, that’s okay, it’ll be absorbed by the other ingredients. If you’re not adding other toppings, you can remove the excess water. 5. Add in milk, cream, and any toppings you like (I added @trulocal bacon and spinach). Add the cheese in batches (1 cup at a time and stir). 6. If you want it creamier/cheesier, add more milk and cheese and necessary. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. #macandcheese #kidfriendlydinners #auickdinners #lazycooking #instantpotmeals
