My 5 Never Fail Pepper Varieties 🌶️ From mild and sweet to a little bit of heat — these are the five pepper varieties I grow every single year! Great for roasting, stuffing and adding a little flavor without too much heat. 🌶️ Jalapeño — The classic! Every garden needs at least one jalapeño plant. Perfect for fresh eating, pickling and making homemade salsa. 🌶️ Corno Di Toro Rosso — An Italian heirloom sweet pepper shaped like a bull's horn.
