Starting this Friday the 1st of May, and every Friday moving forward at 5pm, @katemontgom will focus on the areas that help you move better in training. Such as improving depth in your squats and wall balls, freeing up your shoulders for pushing and pulling, and helping you finally loosen up those tight glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors.
Kate has been helping people move better for nearly a decade as a personal trainer, mobility coach, and yoga teacher. We’re stoked to have her on board 🤝🏾

🚨 NEW 10 WEEK TRAINING PHASE🚨

This cycle’s focus is to build repeatable strength and expose your engine under pressure. Across the 10 weeks, we’ll be working on your push press/jerk and deadlift using structured 5/3/1 progressions, while testing and retesting your work capacity through fixed benchmark sessions.
The benchmark workouts, Rinse & Repeat, REDLINE, and Buy 1 Get 1 Free, will be tested in Week 1 and re tested in Week 10. Between those weeks, you’ll work through varied sessions that replicate the demands of the benchmarks, designed to build capacity, efficiency, and confidence so you’re better prepared when it’s time to showcase your new fitness level.
Monday ‘Rinse & Repeat’ 30 min AMRAP. Long grind. No hiding.
Tuesday ‘Push Press Or Jerk’ Wendler 5/3/1 strength protocol.
Wednesday ‘REDLINE’ 40 mins of controlled chaos. 1 min on | 1 min off. Score is everything.
Thursday ‘Deadlift’ Wendler 5/3/1 strength protocol.
