Born and raised in California, Filipino-Japanese model @troy.untalan grew up surrounded by the vibrant artistic culture of the Bay Area. He was scouted by the San Francisco Ballet at seven years old, and he has been dancing ever since.
Over the years, Troy has also explored—to great success—painting, photography, and modeling as ways to express himself. He combines these creative pursuits with his multicultural background to make a mark in fashion.
“When we embrace the diversity of cultures, languages, and traditions, it opens the door to richer storytelling and creativity on the global stage. The more history and unique details we can draw from, the more the industry can continue to evolve,” he shares.
