The weekend is here, and so are our weekend specials.
Smoked Wings:
House smoked chicken wings, fried and tossed in a sweet chili-hot sauce. Served with ranch.
Chicken Florentine:
Flour dredged boneless chicken breast baked with sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers and provolone cheese. Served over garlic-parmesan mashed potatoes and finished with a roasted garlic fondue.
Pan Seared Sea Scallops:
Pan seared sea scallops served over asparagus risotto. Topped with roasted asparagus tips, grated parmigiana reggiano, and chili oil.
The Noah Gibney Trio kicks off at 8:30PM tonight.

Tuesday special for a special Tuesday.
Gochujang Ribeye Sandwich:
Sliced ribeye chopped with kimchi and American cheese. Finished with gochujang steak sauce and topped with sesame seeds and scallions on a seeded long roll.
Don't forget to grab a $4 lager,and pilsner, or cask beer to wash this down with.

10oz grilled wagyu steak served over crispy wasabi purple potatoes. Topped with braised General Tso Japanese egg plant,sesame seeds and scallions. Finished with gochujang steak sauce.

Quesabirria Quesadilla:
Braised birria beef, pickled red onions, jalapeñios, mozzarella, and Cooper cheeses in a grilled flour tortilla. Served with mixed greens and consommé.
Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken Burrito:
Crispy chicken strips, yellow rice, lettuce ,pico de gallo, honey chipotle sauce, and cheddar cheese wrapped and grilled in a flour tortilla. Served with French fries and crema.
Fish Tacos:
Tempura battered cod, pickled red cabbage, sriracha aioli, pico de gallo, and fresh chopped cilantro. Served on corn tortillas.

BEER COLLAB V
Just in time for beautiful spring weather is our fifth collab beer, and this time we’re teaming up with @troublesendbrewing and @breweriesinpa for “not shandy”, a lemon lime lager with a hint of sea salt, which will debut during the opening of the new @troublesendbiergarten at @araderfarm on Memorial Day Weekend.

First Friday means Food, Firkins, and FLive Band Karaoke.

10oz pan seared wagyu steak served over red bliss mashed potatoes with broccoli. Topped with cajun hollandaise and crispy fried onion rings (GF).
Pan Seared Merluza:
Pan seared skin on merluza served with wild rice, green beans and a spring onion butter sauce. Finished with chili oil and pea tendrils.
Chocolate Cake (not pictured but delicious):
Its a chocolatey cake that we are going to finish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips (like a lot of chocolate).
Live Band Karaoke kicks off at 8:30PM, so come grab a sneak peek firkin pour of Nailed Down #7 IPA and one of these delicious dinner specials to keep your energy up for a long night of belting out your favorite tunes.
