A reminder for Oil in Frame Triumph and BSA owners... periodically remove your frame's sump plate and clean the sump filter. Like every other oil change. You'll be happy you did

Shop Upgrade - picked up this extremely clean early '40s Craftsman badged Atlas lathe with a boatload of tooling from the estate of a retired machinist. Everything was well organized and still in like new condition, most tools still in their original cases.
The Harbor Freight mini lathe was fine while it was here, this one is definitely a step up.

2005 Triumph Bonneville T100 for sale. Mostly stock, airbox deleted, new Brituro silencers fitted and carbs rejetted. Rear rack and pannier racks fitted. Recent work includes new sprockets and chain, valves adjusted, oil service and cables lubed.
Runs well, 35,000 miles. Paint is good but not perfect, some scratches and nicks on the tank and fenders. Clean Colorado title in my name. $3900
Caswell Tank Sealer is a 2 part Phenol Novolac epoxy that, when used properly, is a life saver for many rusty fuel tanks.
It is also the only option for fiberglass tanks like this original paint Norton Commando tank to hold up to modern Ethanol fuel.
You can't always find Ethanol free fuel, and even when you can it's often lower octane than the 91+ this Combat Commando requires.

My 1973 Norton Commando 850
Disassembled 6 years ago for an engine build and to paint the frame, then life got in the way: Covid, changing jobs, going back to school, starting up @coloradovaporblasting and @trophyclassiccycles , touring with my band, adopting dogs, etc.
Currently working on another build but after that it's time to get back on this one. Because. While I consider myself a dyed in the wool Triumph guy, every time I road test a customer's Commando I realize how great they are once well sorted.
If you are lucky enough to own one, you are lucky enough. If you aren't lucky enough to own one, get lucky.
