FEELINGS#
Archival post of our last show last summer @salon_des_amateurs I don’t think neither of us consciously knew it would be our last show. When I look at these clips now I feel so much more at ease, even joyful. We just did our best with our combined love of music and working so intimately together while being a couple really was heaven on earth for the biggest part.
That night we played a cover version of Mary Margret O‘Hara‘s „Body‘s in trouble“ which has always meant so much to both of us and most certainly is a literal testament to how I mostly felt performing these shows.:)
We also played (to this day) unreleased material and who knows in which ether those songs are breathing their melodic little lifes rn.
We were grateful to play this legendary location (thanks to darling @l.catania ❣️) and me, not really calling myself a proper musician, just internally long for another place to sing and write music. It’s the best, even when battling with questions of discipline and imposter syndrome. Trace has gone on to work and continue her own solo ways and you should all keep a close eye and ear on her tremendous talent.
