"You're the only one I love" - Kho Báu
sometimes i dance to songs
just to feel close to people i miss
music remembers what we try to forget
Tell me I'm not the only one...
I grew up in Germany, but my mum always found a way to bring Vietnam into our home.
She would cook traditional Vietnamese dishes for my sister and me while telling us stories about her childhood, our family, and the life she left behind.
As a child, i didn’t realize those moments would stay with me forever.
But now that i’m older, i understand that this was her way of keeping our roots alive.
Through her cooking, her voice, and her love, she gave us a home that existed far beyond the country we grew up in.
Thank you Mum for everything - I will always love you to the moon and back ❤️
I think one of the most beautiful parts of growing up is realizing how much love was hidden in the little things our mothers did every single day.
HAPPY MOTHER`S DAY 💐🪷
