Sophia Street Studio, located at 1104 Sophia Street in Fredericksburg, is a working pottery studio, fine craft gallery, and one-of-a-kind gift destination in the heart of the city. The space offers an ever-changing collection of handcrafted pottery, paintings, stained glass, jewelry, metal art, and unique gifts for every occasion.
Owned and operated by potter Trista Chapman, Sophia Street Studio has been a creative fixture on Sophia Street since the 1980s. In addition to showcasing her own pottery, Trista curates a thoughtful selection of fine handcrafts including jewelry, clothing, and home décor. And don't miss the free mug exchange while you're there!
Sophia Street Studio is the Fredericksburg Arts Commission's Spotlight Gallery for May and participates in @fxbgfirstfriday , showcasing new artwork and local talent each month.

Since starting Elevate Creative, I’ve become so captivated by creativity and the different ways people express their ideas. Everyone has their own process, and their own way of making something that is uniquely them!
