I got 5 or so of these jobs, but many 'failed' auditions lead to work down the road. Never stop trying, never give up!
Learning is a part of the process always and getting int eh room, is huge, be proud of yourselves for each step.

As a working actor in London, finding work is a job in itself, but it's all worth it when you're reminded that we're a great community no matter your stage in your career.
