I would like to express my immense gratitude to ADNOC for entrusting us with their vision, their values, and the incredible stories behind their offshore operations.
As an Emirati woman, I felt supported throughout this entire journey and honored to be given such a meaningful story to help bring to life. Being able to witness and work alongside the offshore teams firsthand was truly profound, especially seeing more women rise and thrive within these fields.
This experience pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. From riding helicopters and fixed-wing planes, to being in the middle of the sea, to adapting to the discipline and intensity of offshore life in full red attire all day, every moment was unforgettable.
But above all, one thing stood out the most: the extraordinary commitment to safety. The level of care, discipline, and responsibility demonstrated every single day by the ADNOC teams gave me a complete sense of trust and admiration for the people behind these operations.
I came out of this adventure with memories I will cherish forever, immense respect for every individual involved, and deep pride in the story we were able to tell.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey. I truly hope people feel the same sense of pride I felt, in every shot, every candidate, and every word shared.
My second project as director with Boomtown Productions, and what a project it was.
The most intense, challenging, and exhilarating 18-day shoot I’ve ever been part of, and without a doubt the longest production I’ve worked on to date.
We had the privilege of meeting incredible people who opened up and shared snippets of their lives with us, allowing us to shine a light on the extraordinary work happening offshore at ADNOC.
I’ll forever cherish the memories made, the friendships built, and the experience of creating something so meaningful alongside such a dedicated team. None of these results would have been possible without every single person involved.
