Triple Bottom Brewing returned to Fitler Club with Tess and the Future of Service apprentices for another behind-the-scenes look at hospitality in action.
Throughout the visit, the group toured the Club and connected with members of our team to learn more about the leadership, collaboration, and day-to-day operations that bring Fitler Club to life across dining, events, coworking, wellness, hotel, and membership.
Tess, a Fitler Club Social Impact Resident, continues to lead Triple Bottom Brewing with a mission that reaches far beyond great beer. As a certified B Corp and impact-driven Philadelphia brewery, Triple Bottom creates meaningful jobs, supports returning citizens, invests in community, and shows how business can be a powerful vehicle for good.
Bringing the Future of Service apprentices into the Club is always a meaningful opportunity to share, learn, and open up conversation around hospitality, workforce development, ethical business, and the role that spaces like ours can play in building pathways for the next generation.
Thank you to Tess, Triple Bottom Brewing, and the Future of Service apprentices for spending time with us. We’re grateful to continue growing this relationship and to be part of a more connected, inclusive, and impact-driven hospitality community in Philadelphia.

Kerry has been working hard in the brewhouse! We have a familiar fave returning tomorrow just before May ends (did you catch the hint? 👀) and two brand new beers are brewing in the tanks! We’re super excited for you all to try them out and to add them to our already stacked beer roster. Cheers! 🍻
Motherhood is complex and amazing and hard. So is running a business. So is being human. I’m so grateful for the experience of all three and sending love to all who have mothered or will mother or want to mother today. Thank you for being here and for being you ❤️

Are the people friendly or not?! @girlmic_comedy show was so fun. Monthly at @triplebottombrewing !!
I just think it would be funny to announce if people are friendly or not in your bar.
I would love a map of the queer friendly spaces in Philly with a ranking of who is actually friendly.

Small businesses are the heart of Philadelphia—and this week, we’re raising a glass to the people behind them.
In celebration of #NationalSmallBusinessWeek, we’re spotlighting @triplebottombrewing , a purpose-driven brewery proving that business can be a force for good.
Built on a “triple bottom line” of people, planet, and profit, Triple Bottom is creating quality jobs, supporting workforce development, and investing back into the community—all while crafting great beer.
At PIDC, we’re proud to support small businesses like Triple Bottom that are growing Philadelphia’s economy in thoughtful ways that benefit all.
