The Upper Harbor Community Performing Arts Center project has officially broken ground in Minneapolis, bringing a new cultural destination to the Mississippi Riverfront in North Minneapolis.
With First Avenue and the Minnesota Orchestra connected through the Port of Minneapolis, and the African American Community Development Corporation helping guide community reinvestment, local programming, vendor opportunities, and youth career pathways, CPAC is being shaped as more than a venue. It’s a new stage for North Minneapolis, built with community benefit at its core.
Jaffe Holden, a Trinity Consultants team, is providing acoustics and AV design, supporting a space made for music, gathering, and the shared spark of live performance, and Madeline Didier was on hand to celebrate the milestone.

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is breaking ground on something special.
The Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Lincoln Center West Initiative will open the campus’s west edge to the neighborhood — new park spaces, the SNF Gardens, and a world-class outdoor performance venue, the Baron Theater, at Damrosch Park. One of New York’s most iconic cultural destinations, getting even better.
Our Jaffe Holden team is on board for acoustics and AV design, adding another chapter to our long history at Lincoln Center, while our JB&B team is handling electrical engineering, including systems assessment and equipment upgrades across the site. Proud to have Mark Holden, Mark Reber, Nicholas Paladino, E.I.T., Benjamin Bausher, CTS-D, and Gabriel Bennett there to mark the moment.
Can’t wait to see this one come to life!

Every hard hat represents a person with a family waiting for them at home.
Construction Safety Week is a reminder that the most important thing we build isn’t a structure — it’s a culture. One where looking out for the person next to you is just as critical as hitting a milestone or staying on schedule.
At Trinity Consultants, safety isn’t a checklist. It’s the conversation before work starts, the second look at a plan, the willingness to speak up when something doesn’t feel right. It shows up in how we coordinate, how we communicate, and how we show up for the teams we work alongside every day.
Because the best projects aren’t just the ones delivered on time and on budget. They’re the ones where everyone walked off site the same way they walked on.

At the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, every sound is intentional.
Jaffe Holden, a Trinity Consultants team, had the privilege of shaping how this iconic space sounds — providing acoustics and AV design for theaters, exhibitions, and public spaces so that cinema can be experienced the way it was always meant to be heard.
From the thunderous roar of a blockbuster to the quiet hush between gallery walls, great acoustic design isn’t something you notice. It’s something you feel.
That’s the kind of work that moves us.

Production environments rely on a lot more than what you see on screen. Behind the scenes, acoustics play a big role in how these spaces actually work. At 1888 Studios, a growing film and television production campus in New Jersey, Trinity Consultants is helping shape the acoustic design around real-world site conditions, sound isolation needs, and the high expectations that today’s production spaces demand. It’s a great example of the kind of close technical coordination these projects need from day one.

Big production ideas need the right environment to come to life. At this confidential toy manufacturing company’s new studio hub in Los Angeles, Trinity Consultants is providing acoustic design for a facility built to support film, photo, and visual content creation with the kind of control modern production work demands. With 10 sound stages, fabrication shops, VFX studios, and support spaces all under one roof, the project shows how much the right acoustic foundation can shape the way a space performs.

Looking back on an energizing week at DCD>Connect New York, where Trinity Consultants and colleagues from our JB&B team joined conversations across the digital infrastructure landscape. With the event bringing together more than 4,500 senior leaders around the design, construction, and operation of digital infrastructure for the AI age, it was a valuable chance to connect with peers, share perspectives, and stay close to the challenges shaping the next wave of data center development, from power and performance to long-term resilience.

Hard hats on. Barriers down.
This Women in Construction Week, we’re celebrating the talented women who help power our Built Environment teams — and the collaboration that makes great projects possible.
Across JB&B and WorkingBuildings, and throughout Cerami, Jaffe Holden, Longman Lindsey, and Valcoustics, women are contributing to every phase of the work — from building envelope consulting and sustainability strategy to acoustics, vibration, and performance-driven design. Their expertise strengthens our projects, our partnerships, and our industry.
Construction has always been a team effort. The best outcomes happen when diverse perspectives come together — in the field, in design meetings, and around the table with clients. This week, we’re proud to spotlight the women whose skills, leadership, and problem-solving help move our projects forward every day.
To our colleagues across the Built Environment pillar — thank you for the collaboration, innovation, and commitment you bring to the work. Together, we’re building stronger teams and better spaces.

Black History Month is a good reminder that the built environment did not arrive fully formed. It was shaped, refined, and pushed forward by architects and engineers whose influence still shows up in the spaces around us.
From trailblazers like Paul R. Williams, FAIA, whose portfolio redefined luxury residential design in Los Angeles, to Hilyard Robinson, FAIA, whose modernist work advanced both design excellence and equitable housing, Black professionals have long influenced how our cities look, function, and serve their communities. Norma Merrick Sklarek, FAIA, one of the first Black women licensed as an architect in the United States, helped deliver landmark projects around the world while opening doors for generations of designers who followed. In engineering, pioneers such as David Crosthwait Jr. helped advance heating and ventilation systems that laid groundwork for modern building performance, while today’s leaders across architecture, mechanical engineering, and development continue to expand both the conversation and the pipeline.
Join us in celebrating the achievements of Black architects, engineers, and design leaders, and the lasting impact of Black history on the built environment, this month and beyond.

Some people see a finished building. We see what makes it work.
As we celebrate the engineers across Trinity Consultants, we are recognizing the people who translate big ideas into systems that actually perform. Within our team, that means shaping acoustics, AV, IT, security, MEP, and building performance strategies that quietly support focus, collaboration, safety, and innovation. Their work lives behind walls, above ceilings, and inside infrastructure, yet it defines how a space feels and functions every day.
