And it's finally done. Every last detail. ✨ The final trade partner has left the site - which can mean only one thing. The Siesta Key project is complete. There's a moment at the end of every build where the noise stops and the work just… speaks for itself. And when that moment comes, it always reminds us of one important thing: We get to build these amazing houses from the ground up. And that’s something we never take for granted. On to the next one. 🚀 🙏 @cmsaarchitects @dwy_la @siesta_key_landscape @campbell_cabinetry_designs @arracalinc @mulletsaluminum @myers_painting , @baykeydesign @gormansgallery , @turner_construction_company #TrinityCustomHomes #SiestaKey #CustomHomes #ProjectComplete #LuxuryLiving #CoastalLiving

When the technology disappears, the design can finally breathe. ✨ Every track, every pocket, every motor - completely hidden. In this space, the drapery track is built directly into the ceiling pocket. The motorized roller shade lives in its own custom wall pocket beside it. Neither is visible. Neither interrupts the architecture. Close the sheer layer, and the room stays bright with soft, beautiful ambient light. Close the blackout shade behind it, and the space goes completely dark. Two systems. Two modes. Zero visible hardware. And controlling all of it? Not a drawer full of remotes - just a single smart button that manages the shades, the ceiling fan, and the outdoor screens with only one press. Because real luxury isn't just what you see. It's how effortlessly everything works. 👉 Follow for more smart solutions that make a home really luxurious. @arracalinc #TrinityCustomHomes #SiestaKey #SmartHomeDesign #LuxuryLiving #CustomHomes #InteriorDetails

Most garage doors break the design. This one disappears into it. ✨ The material you're looking at is Parklex - a true wood veneer composed of bakelite and resin, with a UV-protective film engineered to resist fading over time. It’s beautiful and simple to install when it’s on its own, but the real challenge was making it flush with the rest of the exterior. Here's what it actually took: 🧱 It started at the structure - verifying masonry opening dimensions and confirming the jamb widths were correct for the setback required by the garage door roller tracks. 🔩 From there, the clip system that attaches the Parklex panels to the door had to be accounted for precisely - so the face of the door finished flush with the exterior siding. 📐 Finally, a solid aluminum angle was added around the perimeter of the garage door opening, powder-coated to match the finish on the windows, doors, and exterior light fixtures - and designed to conceal every end grain from the siding. The result is a continuous surface from the exterior cladding straight across the face of the garage doors - no breaks, no transitions, no compromise. Because in a home like this, every surface is part of the architecture. 👉 Follow for more finishing-stage details from our Siesta Key Project. @parklexprodema @cmsaarchitects @turnerconstruction_florida #TrinityCustomHomes #SiestaKey #LuxuryLiving #ExteriorDesign #Craftsmanship #CustomHomes

A well-run job site is managed hour by hour, every single day. 🏗️ For Scott Greer, our Project Superintendent, the day starts in the trailer, reviewing schedules, emails, and who's coming on site. Then it moves into the field - walking the property, checking in with trades, and making sure everyone has what they need before the work begins. Throughout the day, it's constant coordination. Updating schedules. Following up on materials. Preparing detailed punch lists so subcontractors arrive ready - with the right tools, the right scope, and no wasted trips. Looking ahead to tomorrow, and every phase after that. Because on a project like this, progress depends on communication just as much as construction. Clear direction. Accurate planning. And making sure every trade can do a full day's work without delays. That's what keeps a project moving - and what maintains the level of accountability and quality we expect on every Trinity build. #TrinityCustomHomes #ConstructionProcess #ProjectManagement #CustomHomes #QualityBuilding

The smartest homes don’t just look good - they protect themselves. 💧 Water damage is one of the most common - and most expensive - issues homeowners face. And it usually starts small. That’s why this home is equipped with a fully integrated leak detection system. Sensors placed throughout the house monitor for any signs of moisture, 24/7. If something’s off? You don’t just get an alert. The system pinpoints the exact location of the leak, notifies the homeowner immediately, and automatically shuts off the main water supply to prevent further damage. 🔥 Simple in concept. Complex in execution. Because not every system works with every home. Pipe sizes, communication systems, and integration all have to be considered - and in this case, getting the right solution in place took real coordination. But the result is what matters: Less risk. Faster response. Total peace of mind. And of course, even better insurance outcomes. ✨ Because real luxury isn’t just what you see. It’s what’s protecting the home behind the walls. Big thanks to our technology partners from @arracalinc 💪 @cmsaarchitects @dwy_la #TrinityCustomHomes #SmartHome #HomeProtection #LuxuryHomes #CustomBuild

Stone sourced from around the world. An infinity pool. And a grill setup that makes cooking feel like a vacation. What more could you need? 🌊🔥 The entry sets the tone immediately - natural stone cut into triangle pieces, sourced internationally, and arranged into an abstract pattern that stops you in your tracks the moment you walk in. From there, the elevated pool deck takes over. Fireballs. Infinity edge. Palm trees and the cityscape beyond. It's the kind of space that doesn't need explaining. And the outdoor kitchen? Built to match. Marine-grade cabinetry from @american.outdoor.cabinets . Countertops in a Taj Mahal-mimicking material with a mitered front edge from European marble. An Alfresco grill, refrigerator, ice maker, and a matching sink. All designed for a home where outdoor living is the whole point. Florida approved, all the way. @cmsaarchitects @dwy_la #TrinityCustomHomes #SiestaKey #CustomHomes #LuxuryLiving #OutdoorKitchen #PoolDesign

Precision doesn’t start with finishes - it starts with control lines. 📐 Every single one of our projects begins by laying out the control lines at the foundation and carrying them through every stage of construction. These lines define where everything belongs. They keep the structure square, aligned, and consistent from slab to slab. And on this project - one of our largest poured elevated slabs - that process becomes even more critical. Before any concrete is poured, the team maps the entire deck using string lines, verifying every intersection and dimension. Then we take it a step further. Using a robotic layout system, the slab is printed directly with exact locations for MEP sleeves, drains, and even ceiling elements below - ensuring every trade works from the same precise reference. Because accuracy on day one is what allows everything else to fall into place. @psdesignworkshop @snellengineering @bmmisrq #TrinityCustomHomes #ConstructionProcess #CustomHomes #PrecisionBuilding #Architecture

84 globes. 37 feet. And roof trusses engineered specifically to hold it all. ✨ This chandelier isn't just a light fixture - it's the vertical spine of the entire home. Centered on the stairwell, it spans nearly 37 feet - from the roof to the ground floor entry. Each of the 84 hand-blown glass globes hangs at a different elevation, so no matter which floor you're standing on, you see the full composition illuminated above and below you. But what you don't see is what made it possible. Before a single globe was hung, the roof trusses had to be specifically engineered to handle the weight of this fixture - turning structural framing into a hidden support system for one of the home's most defining architectural moments. It's a reminder that the most striking features are usually the ones with the most planning behind them. @cmsaarchitects @dwy_la @hughesdesignassoc #TrinityCustomHomes #SiestaKey #LuxuryLiving #CustomHomes #LightingDesign #StatementLighting

The home that brings in the light - and nature. 🌿 From the elevated slab, you can already see how the space is taking shape. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the living area, opening the interior to light from multiple directions. But the most defining feature sits right at the center - a vertical planter that runs from the ground floor all the way to the roof deck. It’s designed as an open aperture. Light moves through it. Rainwater reaches it. And over time, vegetation grows into the architecture itself. This is how the home connects to its environment - not as a backdrop, but as part of the space you live in. A continuous transition between inside and outside, built into the structure from the start. @psdesignworkshop @snellengineering @bmmisrq #TrinityCustomHomes #ModernArchitecture #CustomHomes #IndoorOutdoorLiving #LuxuryHomes
