🚨Bag work 101: Key footwork tips.🚨 Start stepping with your punches. As stationary as the bag may be, your opponent will definitely not be. Stepping with your punches mimics movement. It also allows you to twist your body smoother and faster for explosiveness, all while reducing stress and chances of injury in the knee joint.

We’re clearing it out, reorganizing every corner, and opening up the area so it can actually serve a purpose again, training, community, and movement.
For years, this space was just sitting there. Now it’s becoming part of something bigger.
The goal isn’t just a makeover.
We’re building a pay-what-you-can boxing gym, a space accessible to everyone, no matter their background or financial situation. A place where kids, amateurs, pros, and neighbors can train, learn, and feel like they belong.
We’re creating room for classes, mentorship, youth programs, and people who simply need a healthy environment around them. Step by step, we’re turning this gym into a true community space.
