Twenty years ago, I took a chance on a dream I didn’t fully understand yet — and it changed my life.
On 3.3.06, Triniti Management opened its doors, and I stepped into a role I never originally planned for. Since then, we’ve weathered recessions, multiple strikes, a global pandemic, and an industry contraction. The road hasn’t been smooth — but nothing truly meaningful ever is.
Along the way, I’ve run, walked, and yes, stumbled… and realized I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. I’ve had the privilege of being many things to many people — colleague, teammate, mentor, friend — but the title that means the most to me is Dream Facilitator. Helping others build what once felt impossible is the greatest reward.
None of this would exist without my parents, who taught me that chasing a dream isn’t reckless — it’s brave. Their belief built the foundation for everything.
To my sister — my first partner and the bridge that brought me to this career — thank you for seeing it before I did.
To my husband and my daughter, my constant love and joy, thank you for your unconditional support and for being my home no matter how full the days get.
To the agents, attorneys, publicists, casting directors, producers, directors, and every member of the support teams I’ve had the privilege of working alongside — thank you for hearing me out, for guiding me, and for holding space for me and my clients. Collaboration is the heartbeat of this industry, and I am so grateful for each of you.
And most importantly, to my clients — the very best there is — I would not be here without you. Thank you for trusting me with your dreams. Your belief in me means more than I can ever fully express, and I hope you know I never take this role for granted.
If these twenty years have taught me anything, it’s this: success isn’t a destination — it’s the daily decision to show up. To enjoy the building as much as the breakthrough. To honor the small wins, the quiet growth, and even the setbacks that shape us. The journey is the gift, and leading each day with gratitude makes the climb worthwhile.
Twenty years later, I’m still betting on dreams. And trust me … there’s so much more to come!
Today I’m celebrating 19 years of Triniti Management!!!! My journey hasn’t been “traditional” but it’s mine. Like any business, there have been ups & downs but our peaks have been quite phenomenal and our valleys have accelerated growth. In my partnerships with my clients, we’ve checked off goals, booked great jobs, and dreamed together. Most importantly, I hope I’ve made a positive impact on all I’ve come across.

I attribute all these years to my parents and what they instilled in me: kindness, perseverance, and grit. I’m just a small town gal from Oklahoma where Hollywood felt so far away but here I am. I believe if you take care of the work, the work will take care of you. I also believe that faith can move mountains and sometimes, just leaning on that faith is what takes us from win to win. It has been a long 5 years for everyone but continuing to remind myself to not let a temporary situation derail my permanent dreams has kept me on track.

I am so grateful to all the agents, lawyers, publicists, casting directors, producers, acting coaches, and everyone who has ever lifted my company up. Triniti would not be who we are without the incredibly talented, hardworking, and supportive clients that I am honored to represent. With what my clients have on the horizon, it’s exciting to feel like all I’ve already experienced may only be the beginning. Thank you for allowing me to be your Dream Facilitator.
