My family and I went on a tour in San Jose and our tour guide, Alex, who was very knowledgeable and insightful, shared this beautiful place and story with us. Shoutout @chepecletascr . Not only does this standalone stall in the back of a produce/spices/meats market have some amazing records and history and a little cute gatito providing security (not pictured) but the art/font used for its signs belongs to an artist and this happens to be one of his last remaining pieces. Digital photography just wouldn’t have done this photo justice and I had to capture the nostalgia and emotion with film. Costa Rica is truly pura vida.
