What l’ve learned is that bodybuilding forces you to discover who you are at your core. It tests you mentally and emotionally as much as it does physically. The hardest battles are the ones you fight with yourself against self-doubt, fear, and the temptation to quit. But those battles are what shape you into the person you’re meant to become. @physique_chris . Competing with some of the best athletes out there at this competition wasn’t easy I can tell you going up against over 30 competitors in both categories and coming out on top is such a blessing.
The battle isn’t won on the stage, it’s fought in the months leading up. Consistently winning the small daily battles, amount to the final package... the stage is just the showcase.
Yes winning is incredible, but being able to share the journey makes it even more incredible , and that’s why I’m happy to have my team that supports me right throughout ‼️💯
