Congratulations to Charleston County and the EMS team on the groundbreaking of their new headquarters! We’re proud to partner once again on the next phase of the Azalea complex, delivering a 130,000+ SF, state-of-the-art facility that brings operations, training, and support services under one roof.
This project is designed to enhance coordination and operational efficiency across the county while reinforcing a long-term commitment to those on the front lines every day, providing a purpose-built space that supports their work and strengthens the level of care our community depends on.
It is an honor to be a part of this meaningful milestone for Charleston County and the EMS team!
Proud to showcase progress on a project rooted in purpose!
We recently hosted @women.of.construction for a hard hat tour of the Cristo Rey High School site in North Charleston. Once a historic campus that faced years of vacancy and damage, this landmark is now being carefully restored to create new educational opportunities for the community.
Bringing a project like this back to life requires balancing preservation with modern standards while maintaining its original character. We’re honored to be part of this transformation and look forward to the lasting impact it will have.
As we close out Construction Safety Week, we’re reminded that safety goes far beyond procedures. It’s about people and how we work together every day.
Construction takes long hours, coordination, and a strong commitment from every role across the team. From our administrative staff keeping processes moving, to our project managers driving progress, to our superintendents leading in the field, each piece matters. At Trident Construction, Team Build isn’t just something we say, it’s how we operate.
This week has reinforced the importance of working together, staying accountable, and following the processes that keep our teams, trade partners and jobsites running safely and efficiently.
As we move forward, we continue to look out for one another, take pride in our roles, and carry these safety principles with us on every project. Safety Week may be ending, but our commitment to each other continues, on every jobsite, every day.

Safety at Trident Construction is a shared responsibility, and every individual plays an important role. Owning your part means following safety procedures, watching out for coworkers and tradepartners, and holding ourselves accountable on the jobsite.
Whether it’s reporting a concern, asking a question, or stopping work when something isn’t safe, taking ownership helps strengthen our safety procedures and protect everyone involved.
