This Sunday School is serving spring in a glass and on the cheese board. 🍷🧀
This week’s wine is “Printemps” Rosé from Brij at Phelan Farm — a fresh and lively coastal California rosé with notes of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest, and a subtle saline finish that keeps every sip refreshing and bright.
Also featured this Sunday is Marigold from @milkhousecheese , an alpine-style cheese from Pennsylvania with a buttery, nutty paste and rustic earthy rind. Rich, comforting, and perfect for a slow Sunday afternoon.
And with Mother’s Day tomorrow, there’s no better excuse to gather over wine and cheese with someone you love.
Sunday, May 10 • Available all day at Tria ✨
Whether you’re Bordeaux-curious or already deep in your wine era, this class is for you. 🍷
Join Tria Wine Director Lauren Harris for a relaxed, approachable introduction to one of the world’s most iconic wine regions. Through a guided tasting of five wines, you’ll explore the differences between Left Bank and Right Bank, why Bordeaux blends matter, and how to confidently pick a bottle you’ll actually love.
No pressure. No wine snobbery. Just good wine, good conversation, and a deeper understanding of Bordeaux.

School’s in session!
This Sunday we’re exploring Umbria with “Stesso Stesso”—a low-intervention Rosso that blends grapes grown side by side, creating something raw, expressive, and full of life. Think juicy cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, with a soft earthy finish.
Alongside it: Fiore Sardo, a smoky, aged sheep’s milk cheese from Sardinia. Bold, savory, and just a little rustic—the kind of cheese that lingers in the best way.
See you on Sunday.

From first date to forever 🥂
Crystal and Andrew came back to Tria to celebrate their engagement… right where it all began.
We love a full circle moment.
