2025 NYC Marathon🥇
Hard to put into words my first marathon experience, but it took exactly what it took — 26.2 miles across New York City, step by step and mile by mile. I crossed the finish line healthy and humbled, with a deeper respect for the distance, the discipline, and the training that went into it. We must never expect the harvest to precede the labor. God was with me every step. James 1:2–4.
Grateful beyond words for my village — the pre-race love, course-side cheers, signs, prayers, and the post-race celebration. Thank you to my family and friends, prayer warriors, @joeshayne | @teamwrk , @theplatecoach |@bedstuyflyers , and my city, ATLANTA — where it all started. Slide 19 👽
