Today, @rajjjjjjj and I talked about the latest Epstein news and the need to decipher truth from fiction and how — as Christians — we ought to examine the news. This is a battle of deception versus discernment, and the only lens through which we can know truth — capital T Truth — is the Word of God.
I hope this is encouraging to you. 🙏🏼🗞️📖

What a gift it is to have a mother who grows with you, endures with you, learns with you, laughs with you — a mom who meets you in every season, from toddling around to traversing the path God has paved.
I am grateful for a Mai who is a confidante, an ally, a constant support and sounding board, a mentor and a cheerleader who has known me from the beginning and has made me so much of the man I am today.
I love you and celebrate you today and always! Happy Mother’s Day! 💐
“So Joshua called together the twelve men he had chosen—one from each of the tribes of Israel. He told them, ‘Go into the middle of the Jordan, in front of the Ark of the Lord your God. Each of you must pick up one stone and carry it out on your shoulder—twelve stones in all, one for each of the twelve tribes of Israel. We will use these stones to build a memorial. In the future, your children will ask you, ‘What do these stones mean?’ Then you can tell them, ‘They remind us that the Jordan River stopped flowing when the Ark of the Lord’s Covenant went across.’ These stones will stand as a memorial among the people of Israel forever.’” — Joshua 4:4-7 (NLT)
One year ago, the Lord established one of the biggest stones of remembrance in the life of our family, a memorial among us forever. Taylor received a new liver — an answer to a prayer that echoed in our hearts, a divine response to a persistent plea for physical healing after an earthshaking diagnosis of an autoimmune disease.
None of us knew how God would choose to answer those prayers — petitions offered to the Lord by countless family members, friends, neighbors, coworkers, strangers. But we did know this: God is faithful and He doesn’t abandon His kids.
Madison and I were on the way home from a weekend trip to Washington, D.C. — a Sunday afternoon — when we learned Taylor was a potential recipient of a deceased donor liver, a liver initially intended for someone else. I had a sudden and perfect peace in that moment; I knew it was going to Taylor.
Sure enough, late that night, the hospital called and God began laying the stone. And today — one year ago — we bore witness to a miracle. God made a pathway through the wilderness and a river in the dry wasteland (Isaiah 43:19).
Today, we remember and we praise God for the mighty work of His hand, His perfect provision for His workmanship — His son, Taylor. This stone stands as a memorial among us forever.
Join us in praising God for this miracle and pray for Taylor as he continues his journey to wholeness and healing. The Lord will continue the good work He has begun (Philippians 1:6).
Taylor, I love you and I am so proud of you. I’m cheering you on!
