These are some of the most recent photos i have of my mom. The first photo is clearly what started her obsession with “how many steps” she gets in each day. Love ya Mom. You gave me the confidence to where some questionable fashion. 🤷♂️ You also gave me the ability to smile all the time, cause it’s essential. ❤️❤️❤️
New tool day-ish!! The line up is looking great. Hammond Glider Trim-o-saw (3-phase) and Hammond Ben Franklin Trim-o-saw (single phase). Both are from the 60s and originally used in the letterpress trade, newspapers and such. @jackenglishmachines assisted with the VFD to run the 3-phase on normal power.
When you’re home to visit the family and realize you’re from a long line of violent bike gangs. Photo 1: Freddie “Keep Smilin’” Brown. Known for his life threatening bad jokes. Photo 2: Mary Alice “Mother Mary” Brown. Don’t be fooled by her cute red hair and smile. That hair is red with blood. Tommy “Texas Tom” Brown. He was known for his outlaw style of justice, made clear by the unmistakable cactus on his chest.
When you have a blank canvas of forest and @nicholasdesjardins asks if you have any use for a 30’ telephone pole, you say yes. Then he cuts them into “manageable” sections and you place them on the white cedar that also came from him. This is where my mom says, “he’s a bad influence”. 🤣
