Made with Yukon potato, egg, onion, smoked paprika, manchego, Oaxaca cheese, scallion, and parsley, the delicious Spanish Tortilla by @treehousekitchen will be hitting our breakfast menu soon!
The chef behind the dish, @chefmannyrodriguez , talks more about what inspired this menu item: "The Spanish Tortilla was inspired by the idea that simple food, when treated with care, can feel incredibly special. I wanted to capture the warmth of a classic Spanish staple while weaving in the rich, savory flavors and cozy cafe identity of Aroma, creating something rustic, nourishing, and memorable without overcomplicating it."

Did you know? The Treehouse Kitchen logo was inspired by none other than Pete's Treefort at @aromacoffeeco ! Built in just two and a half months by @nelsontreehouse , this sculpture in the trees was a gift to the town of Fall City from @treehousepete 💚 We're so thrilled to neighbor this incredible treefort that's now become central to the Snoqualmie Valley community.
