I always say, first birthdays are for the parents. It’s so hard to believe a whole year has gone by when it feels like just yesterday you heard their first cry, or their first laugh. You can still see the newborn in them but, also, somehow you can see them grown too. Anders turned O N E last month and I got to hand paint his adorable face onto some cookies for his celebration.
