75 HARD CHALLENGE!
750 pages, 150 workouts, 227.5 Litres of water later, and I have completed 75 Hard.
This has been by far the most mentally exhausting thing I have ever done. 100 kg down to 86.4kg is not something I thought I was going to ever be able to achieve, but if it wasn’t for my family and the friends who have supported me through this process, I would have not been able to get where I am now. It’s been some journey.
2 work-outs a day (one has to be outside, 45 minutes each minimum).
Follow a diet (no cheat meals/or alcohol).
Drink a gallon of water a day.
Read 10 pages of a self development book a day.
Take a progress picture everyday.
