Mirkwood EP - @trcctrl - SIRDUB009
Sir Dub Muzik proudly welcomes Traction Control to the family with his haunting debut, Mirkwood EP — a two-track descent into dense atmospheres, stealthy subs, and ancient echoes.
Opening with “Nafas”, Traction Control guides the listener through a cavernous mist of meditative breathing, tribal percussion, and dread-soaked basslines. The tune balances hypnotic minimalism with creeping tension, like the slow exhale of something watching from the woods.
On the flip, “Eternal Eye” (a collaboration with @____itznotme ) offers a ritualistic counterpoint. Drenched in eerie textures and spectral vocal fragments, the track spirals into mysticism — eyes open, pupils dilated, locked into the unseen.
This release isn’t just music. It’s a passage. A torch-lit journey through the shadows of Mirkwood — where dub’s deepest roots twist into the future.

A regular sound provider in Cryroom, @l.i.y.i range changes each time she touches the decks. Ambient, Techno, Electro, she does not stop in the time of 4 on the floors, often wandering into sounds instead of steady time.
DJ/ Producer, @trcctrl brings a blend of leftfield bass, breaks, and techno, driven by hypnotic rhythms and rolling low-end. Expect fast-paced, bass-heavy selections that move between high-energy moments and deeper cuts, maintaining pressure on the dancefloor throughout.
Been playing the underground these few years, both have been in the common sounds of Breaks, Techno and Bass music
Despite playing the same venues time and time again, they go on this adventure together for the first time in the room of @chaos.cryroom l.

As the year comes to a close, lets explore together the possibilities that lie ahead—where these sounds and forward-thinking individuals converge.
Resonance+ is honoured and thrilled to be hosting LAKSA! A fiery DJ and a fearlessly sharp producer, his work channels the raw energy of bass music through a percussive, leftfield techno lens. With releases on labels such as Timedance and Ilian Tape, he has built a reputation for jagged breakbeats, deep sub-bass and unpredictable structural shifts. Laksa co-founded the RE:LAX label and party series with re:ni, extending his curatorial vision and hosting the RE:LAX show on NTS Radio.
The night will be supported by Resonance residents Mia and Shtikman alongside Traction Control for a night of high-pressure urban club dynamics. DM for a spot on the dance floor (cover charge does not include first drink).

Traction Control (@trcctrl ) channels breaks, dubstep, tribal percussion and techno into raw, bass-driven sets that keep the floor moving. From Rinse FM, Subtle Radio and Nomad Radio to KL’s underground, his sound fuses heavyweight grooves with pure percussive energy. 𖦹𓆈𖣐⋆。°
