I have no clue how I found this. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I saw it driving down Bankhead HWY in Carrollton on Friday afternoon. Requested an “orange creamsicle” cake from Sydney and she overdelivered! 🍰 Appreciate you 👩🏾‍🍳 It tastes as great as it looks! I had a slice with breakfast. (Because I’m an adult.) Syd says she made this three-layer cake from scratch with orange: - Cake - Cream cheese frosting - Curd (dairy) - (And edible flower decorations) We think it tastes like a cross between a pound cake and a pettifor — but lightly sweet with subtle vanilla/orange/clementine flavor. It’s a treat, but the flavor is light enough in the frosting that I can still taste the cake. It’s pairs well with a coffee/cortado. The slices and flower decorations were a nice touch, too. 🍊🤌🏾 At three layers, it’s perfect for a small wedding or event. We’ll get about 12-15 slices from this one. A smaller one would be a perfect size for 3-4 people. We shared this slice because it was enormous! We’re thinking about the next one. I hear strawberry and chocolate are pretty good together 🤔

I shared this in the group, but it stands here, too: Failing (in a workout) is a good thing… A big part of my workout is based around pushing to “failure.” When you reach failure — where you can no longer perform another rep with proper form — your muscles are fully fatigued, which signals them to adapt and grow stronger. This muscle fatigue is key for building strength and stimulating muscle hypertrophy because it forces your body to repair and build new muscle fibers. 🔗: Facebook.com/groups/fitforfunworkout #FitForFun 💪

WORKOUT 3 | WEEK 3 This workout is about elevating your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) so you burn more calories during your workout AND at rest! 🔥 Why BMR Matters for Weight Loss & Toning BMR is the number of calories your body burns at rest. The more lean muscle you have, the higher your BMR — helping you burn fat and tone up faster without extra effort! Want to learn how to superset? In a superset, you perform each exercise for a set number of reps (e.g., 10-15), then immediately move to the next exercise without resting.
