Opening night at Cleaverman Steakhouse. I started cooking with Chef Jared Porter in 2003. In 2015, I cooked next to him until our fingers bled, until we had no more weight to lose. It was the most impactful experience of my career. That's where I met Chef Roman as well. He was just a kid washing dishes, he committed to the knife and he rolls deep now. This experience carries much more weight with my homies next to me.
