Awesome meet up with Travis this weekend. Travis lives in London but came up for a in person check in. We had a fantastic chat about his training quality/intensity and discussed areas he’d like to improve to continue achieving the best possible results!
A bit of background on Travis. He is an actor down in London, so we know the importance of keeping up visual appearances. Plans are now in place to grow and hold a really good body composition throughout.
