Mantra repetition is incredibly powerful. Lyrics of a song when repeated become a Mantra. It either has the power to uplift us, remind us, inspire us, connect us, or the very opposite. Being mindful of what we eat for bodily vitality is quite nessesary. So too the music we listen to, because Music is food you can hear. And when the food is really good, made by loving hands it has the power to deeply enrich us.
Music that speaks of Love, that holds the frequency of love is the bridge to inner peace and human unity. I know, without having to know, a time will soon come when humanity dances as one heart in reverence for this life that we all share. The most radical (because it is Natural) thing humans can do in this time is to celebrate life through uplifting frequencies of Dance and Music.
