A menu completely designed on ingredients that were foraged and sourced from our local farms in Minnesota! I tried smelt for the first time, and fell in love with things I never knew I needed like sunflower miso, and burnt honey ice cream. The creativity and hard work that went into this menu is incredible! Truly one of the most unique and rare dining experiences in Minnesota right now!
This limited experience is happening in the Travail Sky Lounge only through May 30th. Tickets start at $189 and include multiple courses with drink pairings!

Not only is it always seasonal, chef-driven menus with incredible attention to detail and flavors, but it also is a full experience. I love that you get to watch the behind the scenes and be really involved in your dining. Plus, you certainly never leave hungry because it’s 10+ courses! They’ve also introduced all-inclusive drinks as a part of the experience as well. My favorite bites were the seared scallop, oyster, and the duck tostada. If you haven’t experienced one of these dinners before, this is your sign! The service is next-level and you’ll always leave pleased.

For 16 years, Maurice showed up to our doors every single week. Twice a week. No shortcuts, no missed deliveries, no ego. Just consistency, care, and a quiet pride in the work.
And truthfully, he was doing it long before we ever opened our first restaurant.
Maurice wasn’t just a farmer we worked with. He was part of the backbone of this community. The kind of person you don’t come across often. From the second you met him you could tell he was a very genuine and kind person.
We’ve spent time out on his farm over the years, and what he and Gail built together was more than a business. It was a life rooted in care, loyalty, and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.
He made an impact not only on our team and our food, but on this entire industry in ways that are hard to fully put into words.
