So far this year, I’ve been to
Memorial.
Broward General.
Clinic after clinic.
Appointment after appointment.
My father fighting.
My mother fighting.
And me… holding space in between.
My worship comes from somewhere deep. Why?
Because when the weight is too heavy for words…
I sing.
Because as a pastor, husband, son and father sometimes worship is the only place
I’m allowed to fall apart and still stand.
