track 2 ‘spiked’
‘spiked’ started in 2021 as a little track buried in my laptop simply named ‘ambient’, it is a twee ambient track i produced probably because i was listening to aphex twins’ ‘Selected Ambient Works Volume 2’ a lot! sometimes when i work on a track but am not a big fan of the outcome i like to export the track and work with it as a whole to see if i can create something that can be resampled. with ‘spiked’ i imported the track onto audacity, played with some effects and this is what popped out.
working on new material, i don’t know when it’ll be out tbh, lots of loose ends that need snipping.

my new double single ‘icannolongerholdontoeverythingthathashurtme/spiked’ is out now!
track 1 ‘icannolongerholdontoeverythingthathashurtme’ was originally created in 2024 to soundtrack the middlesex university ba fashion foundation year runway show. if i remember correctly i created it in a day. at the time i was listening to a lot of 140 and grime, which inspired the interwoven drum patterns, as well as going out to a lot of gabber nights and re-immersing myself in SOPHIE’s ‘Oil Of Every Pearls Un-Insides’ inspiring the sound design. when i started to play this song live i decided to chop it up and make it more structured to one day add some vocals but unfortunately i’ve lost the project file now so this track will remain as is.
today is also bandcamp friday, so 100% of any release bought on bandcamp goes direct to me.

this video is all the footage i could salvage from the ‘glass’ music video that never was. myself , @izzy_duck , @sissymisfitt and @dead.deeds shot this video in 2023 but the footage all got corrupted and this is what was left.
new song ‘shardofglass’ out now. i’m celebrating 2 years of my debut single ‘glass’, the song that started it all. i wrote the first demo for this song in 2018 and since then it has lived many different lives. it’s been a crazy couple years since releasing this song, i’ve done things i could’ve only dreamed of a few years ago (and there’s still so much more to come). thank you to everyone who’s supported me.
this version of the track was made to accompany the single release show + exhibition back in 2024 that @trans_migration put on.
