1st mixed senior team! 10th pair overall! • Crazy day. So proud of Rae! Very happy with my own effort. Some drama along the way; punctured at the end of lap 4 then spent all of lap 5 nursing an unsealing leak (not all sealant is created equal). Then my dropper cable snapped, luckily when it was up but man, high posting sucks. Lap 8 I ran out of water at the hottest part of the day, Rae swept in with the fresh bottle but I was already cracked. She then rode a stonker of a lap and by the time she got back I'd napped and eaten enough to smash out 2 more laps to secure the top step. Job done. 🔥Nopinz Racing Roundup Another big week across the Nopinz community, with strong results coming in from all corners of the sport 👊 Ben Williams set the tone early, taking a tight win at the Otley 10 TT with a rapid 20:19, just two seconds clear of second place. That momentum carried through to Elliot Colyer, who delivered a standout performance at the Tontes Vire, taking both Stage 3 and the overall general classification for Aero Collective Race Team. At the Bath 10 TT, Team Bottrill Nopinz put on a dominant display, locking out the entire podium through Rob Francis, Jake Sargent and Dylan Griffiths, underlining the strength in depth across the squad right now. On the international stage, Yiannis Christodoulou added another solid result, placing 6th in his age group at the European Middle Distance Duathlon Championships. Off-road, Sam Marshall rode to 11th at Round 2 of the Lloyds National MTB XC Series, with Libby Harman and Sam Nancarrow both securing 16th in their respective races for Ocean Cycles, continuing a consistent run of performances. Lloyd Copp also kept his strong season rolling with a win at the Four Firs TT over the 15.2-mile sporting course.
