THE ART OF BBQ from @bigtpitmaster is my current obsession and it begins with the cover, textured and with inset bronze foil-stamped lettering and illustrations and then wraps around the charcoal edges of the book which create a dramatic statement (see the final slide/video) but the real gift of course is every single page of this book. This is a comprehensive and thorough BBQ book that breaks it down into side barbecue types. I had no idea there were that many. @trapublishing is next level when it comes to the art of the book. I am, to be honest, completely obsessed with their books as each one is truly extraordinary in content, structure, visually and they have raised the bar on the aesthetics of publishing. This is one of those books, you really need to see to fully appreciate. Thank you @trapublishing for sharing this review copy with me and a whole stack of others that I am still slowly pouring through one page at a time and savoring their exquisiteness.
