"Los Mandatos del Aire" (The Mandates of the Air) is the new solo album by peruvian flautist and composer Camilo Ángeles, created in dialogue with Musuk Nolte’s photographic series "Las Pertenencias del Aires" (The Belongings of the Air). Inspired by the visions evoked through ayahuasca ceremonies and the cosmology of the Amazon, this work transforms sound into a bridge between the visible and the invisible.
The music featured on this album presents a statement structured through a deconstructed approach to the flute and a deep exploration of ways to expand its sound spectrum, using a variety of analog electronic hardware to process the flute´s sound along side resonant, spacious, dark, and complex fully acoustic melodic discourses recorded in a reverberation chamber. Extended techniques and preparations on the flute, different tuning systems and microtonalities, electronic processing, and hyperamplication are some of the tools that shape this artistic statement."

Local Service invites @paesaggi_records , an independent label and curatorial platform founded in Italy, dedicated to sonic exploration and the more immersive forms of contemporary and past music.
The co-founders, @wutu_wutu & @gropina_ , opening and closing the night, join forces to shape sonic atmospheres that inhabit border zones.
In the middle, @pittorilocali draw a live performance inspired by Italian minimalism, noir jazz, and trip-hop steeped in cinematic echoes. The alto saxophone textures intertwine with early digital synthesizer explorations and electric bass, electronic drums and live dub manipulations.

“Suoni della Diaspora” ha origine dal tema della memoria e dalla frammentazione e dispersione di quest'ultima. Sparpagliati come le antiche popolazioni dell'est Europa, costrette ad abbandonare la propria patria, frammenti di canti della tradizione Arbereshe e Balcanica vengono manipolati e immersi in un magma sonoro di basse frequenze, distorsioni e suoni sintetici, fino a generare un nuovo canto che, come la patria immaginata dal marinaio di Pessoa, sovrascrive il ricordo generando una nuova patria, un nuovo canto, antico e al tempo stesso attuale, che trascende tempo e confini geografici.
Pavor Nocturnus è il progetto solista di Eugenio Mazza, musicista e compositore milanese. Muovendosi tra sperimentazione e ricerca sonora affianca un sound monolitico e rituale a tematiche escatologiche e allegoriche, attingendo da forme d’arte differenti, mitologia ed esoterismo. La produzione musicale spazia tra lavori solisti, collaborazioni interdisciplinari, creazione di musiche per spettacoli teatrali e sonorizzazioni di film muti.

Jazz Lambaux is a songwriter/producer who refuses to choose between instrumental composition, bedroom DIY ethos, and pop music. He collaborates with Breton piper Enora Morice and melts the bagpipes with heavily computer-processed samples and vocals. His first album, Music for Fools (2022-2024), was released last year on the French label Editions Gravats.
For the first time in Milano, Jazz will present a live rework of Music for Fools.
