Trapped in Thought is a metalcore band from Cambridge, Ontario, blending heavy riffs, melodic atmosphere, and progressive touches into an emotional, hard-hitting sound. Formed in 2012, the band released its first EP in 2014 and later reemerged with new music that built on its aggressive yet dynamic style. Their releases include Aching in Unison, Lost Dreams, and the 2023 EP For Those Who Never Came Home, with music available across major streaming platforms.
