🚨 TRANS MUSICIANS 🚨
We’re ready to take on new artists 💃
(Traduction FR plus bas)
For the past decade, we’ve been fighting to bring trans artists into the music industry: no matter what. We’ve built the connections, we know how this game works, and we’re here to change it.
If you’re a trans artist looking for real support, this is your moment. Email us now at [email protected]
Let’s make history together 🔥

🚨 ARTISTES TRANS 🚨
This is more than just a rebrand. We’re going back to our roots, honoring the feeling that gave birth to this label: anger, impatience, stubbornness.
Anger: because the way people overlook us, discard us, target us, it makes us angry. Our anger drives our ambition to change the status quo.
Impatience: because we’re not going to stand by and wait for somebody else to bring us liberation.
Stubbornness: because no matter how often they tell us that we can’t, we do it anyways. 😈
It’s this passion for life, it’s the knowing we deserve way more than what this society gives us, it’s the knowing that no matter what: we will fight back. 🥊
We are also launching a newsletter and a fan club, in an effort to find ways to connect with yall on platforms that aren’t owned by transphobic billionaires ( 🤫 ) links in the bio 😉
People were saying Justin Bieber couldn’t perform his songs at Coachella because he sold his catalog.
That’s not how music rights work.
And honestly, the reaction reminded us how many artists are navigating this industry without actually understanding:
• what they own
• how money flows
• what they’re signing
• or what alternatives even exist outside the usual “drop on Spotify and pray” model.
So we decided to do something about it.
This June, we’re launching Break The Algorithm, a 4-week PWYC bootcamp for QTBIPOC musicians.
Applications are open until May 15th 😉

When’s the last time you got to see a Juno-nominated artist, an iconic duo crowned Best Hip-Hop Act by CultMTL, and a Billboard Change Agent… all in the same room… for only 25 dollars?
People will spend five times their rent to go scream for billionaires when they could be witnessing real artists, real stories, real community for the price of a meal. 🤔
Break the Algorithm is live performances yes, but it’s also interactive installations, and a whole immersive world built by us, for us where we aim to show you that we do not need algorithms to discover art that moves us.
This Thursday @ Newspeak! Get your ticket. Come experience what music feels like when it’s actually human. Link in bio 😘
We’re hyped to have the @inqlusivemtl crew join us at Break the Algorithm this Thursday!
They’re bringing an installation where you’ll be able to leave your own song recommendations and grab some from other guests, guided by a few fun prompts we’ll have ready.
After the event, we’ll turn everything you share into curated YouTube playlists.
So start digging through your favourites… you might walk out with your next musical obsession 😉
See you this Thursday at @newspeakmtl ! Link in our bio 😘
A night like you’ve never experienced before… That’s the point ;)
We’re tired of algorithms and greedy billionaires deciding how we discover music and which artists are put forward.
So we asked ourselves: what would it look like if the music industry was driven by community? What if there was a more organic way to find our next new favorite songs?
On December 4th those are the questions we try to answer with interactive installations and live performances from Black queer artists.
See you there or suffer FOMO 😉 Link in the bio!
The music industry feels bleak right now. Platforms are run by billionaires who care more about profit than art, and AI creators are getting bigger deals than real artists. We’ve drifted far from what this beautiful craft was meant to be.
At Trans Trenderz we’ve been building alternatives that bring music discovery back to the people. Not to algorithms. Not to corporations. To community.
On December 4th we’re opening the doors to what we’ve been creating. You’ll step into an immersive experience that lets you reconnect with music in a new way through interactive installations made to spark curiosity and human connection.
And to make the night even more special, we’ve invited Juno-nominated artist @tafarianthony , Montreal icons @strangefroots and our founder @blxckcxsper for live performances.
Tickets are in our bio. We also have a limited number of free guest tickets for Black queer and trans community members who may not be able to afford the regular 25 price.
This project is made possible by the STUDIO ZX’s FAEDCN (Fonds d’Accès aux Espaces de Diffusion Culturelle Nocturne) with support from the City of Montreal.
What if we stopped playing their game?
Streaming platforms are erasing us, so we’re building our own.
If you’re a trans, queer, or BIPOC artist who’s tired of the algorithm burying your voice, DM me. Let’s build our own music ecosystem. We don’t need them.

In support with the No Music For Genocide movement, we have made a request to our distributor that our music be removed from all DSP streaming services in the territory of Israel.
That is just one of the steps we are taking to be able to hold on to our integrity as artists. We invite all fellow artists and labels to do the same.
#nomusicforgenocide
Anyway, support @wildpridemontreal and trans artists that stand against the genocide and the hypocrisy of corporate pride✌🏽
This Thursday August 7, the Trans Masc Choir will perform their new show "Le Lotus Blanc", a dark comedy cabaret featuring the Trans Masc Choir, where luxury meets chaos and toxic masculinity meets its match.
With original music, messy characters, and a whole lot of spice, this parody show serves satire, scandal, and a few surprises. 🌶️
Doors at 7:30PM. Show at 8 at @coopbmp
Featuring a best Hawaiian T-Shirt contest.
